i am looking for a how-to on the stock thermostat to cooler thermostat mod. preferably with pics if possible. i have dug through the archives and found that it is a bad idea to run no thermostat and that it is better to just modify it and leave it in place. i have also read two different ways of doing this, drilling holes vs cutting the spring. can someone elaborate on the two? thanks.
