Default Acura CL swap

Do the acura 2.2/2.3 cl's use h22/h23/f22? My other question is can you swap in an h22a1/a4 into them? It seems to me they should be the same motors but i wasn't sure. It would be nice to have a fast'n'cheap luxury car.
TIA didn't have much luck posting in the hybrid forum.

i`ve heard of an h22 swap in a CL, their are two engines in the 1st generation CL. The f22 found in accords, and the v6 accord engine, not sure what the engine code is though. The CL is essentially an accord coupe.

you can do any f or h series swaps in the 1st gen. cl's.

however, i think the word luxury is serious stretching it when regarding the cl, older or newer generation.

they're just rebadged accords.

but yes, the swap will work.
