Don't set it so high!

 

im still trying to figure this out, why do people pressure wash their rims? if you haven't already figured it out, pressure washer are meant to remove stuff off surfaces I.E paint, dirt, stickers that are attached to wheels. If you do a good hand cleaning you shouldn't have to blast off any soap or dirt.

 

Geez, if i had those rims, they'd be hand washed indefinitely. youre lucky it only ripped your volk stickers.

 

Same thing happened to my GTP's in the first week that I got them...made me really mad...and Volk expected me to pay for replacements when they have "defective" decals...

Yeah, you have to be really carefull with pressure washers!

I used to paint houses and had to pressure wash them before we started painting...Some times if I wasn't paying attention I would take off pieces of the siding! Those things can be dangerous!

 

why did you even wash the sticker

 

I wouldn't let a powerwasher anywhere near my car. We use those at work to blast paint off old fencing.

 

just buy a sticker off ebay

i now clean them by hand
if it comes off again i will just have some made in black

hate to tell you this but your rims are fine. you just lost a part of the sticker. get over it

 

i wouldnt let a water pressure washer any were near my car. well i guess maybe for the bottom of the car.

 

i know deep down you really want some rota stickers on your rims :D

 

I'm picky about types of sponges\clothes to use let alone letting a pressure washer near my wheels. Call up ray's and see if you can get a sticker pack or something, I'm sure they get it all the time.

yep...hand wash from now on

 

what psi is your pressure washer?

&lt;- who always hesistate to use pressure washer even though he has one....
