Default Type R cluster in a 2nd gen?

Ok i was wondering is a integra type R cluster will fit into a second gen. I was wondering this because when i swap in my itr motor that im planning on doin i wanted to use the itr cluster but im not sure that it would work... so does anyone know if it will work,fit with some modifications, etc ...if you know let me know it would help me alot.

Im sure you can get it to work. but it will take alot of modifications.

Its not "drop in"

Just buy and do the modifications needed.

I think im going that route too once I reprogram my ecu for a higher redline w/ the itr cams.

yup thats what u want to get it too because one the motor is in there i want to guage so i dont got to put in a big tach and have it stand out ....

i saw someone over at http://www.g2ic.com that put in a third gen cluster into his gen 2 looked really nice too just do a search over there you'll have more luck

PM my buddy horizonteg06 he's the guy that did it, you'll need an accords VSS, bondo, cluster, harness and some other stuff. i have a gs-r cluster if anyone is interested!
