Default Master Cylinder Question! HELP!

OK today I took my entire brake system apart. I used compressed air to get rid of any leaks and every line is clog free and in good shape. Ok now so we start bleeding and the passenger side rear is fine, the driver side front is fine. Than we get to the evil circuit. We start pumping the vac and nothing, we pump the pedal and nothing. I took out the MC filter and noticed that there are 2 small holes, one is open and the other looks like the opening is the size of a pin. So I thought I must have got some kind of fucked up MC or something and that is my problem. So then I to look at my stock MC and it is the same way. I filled it with water and pumped it and I noticed water only came out of one side. It makes no sense. To me it almost seems like one half of the cars brakes are more restricted than the others. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong please help. I know all the lines are clog free, the MC is a reman (but I'm not sure if it is good or not), the booster works, the prop valve is new. What the hell could be the problem? I'm near fed up and I've hit a brick wall. Any Brake experts here care to help me out?

Default Thats an interesting problem....because

The MC was primed before reinstallation correct? You can always cap off one of the two holes for the lines leaving the MC and pump it to check for flow out of the other, the plug the other etc. If you get fluid from both then you know it's downstream so to speak. If you can't pump fluid from both of those holes where the lines attach to the MC just return it and spare yourself headaches.

I'll look at mine later and check back w/ you.

Ok guys I finally found my problem. The way it is I can't press down the pedal more than an inch until its rock hard. So I loosened up the MC from the booster and magically I get more and more pedal travel. So I think my problem is since I got the booster from an Auto Teg and the MC from some Manual I bet that booster was for ABS car. I think the pushrod is entirely too long for it. So I'm going to get a new reman booster. That should fix it. Too bad I'm going to have to remove my radiator and header to be able to move the damn engine enough to get the booster out because getting it in was a royal pain in the ***.

Damn I feel bad for you, youve been struggling for weeks! The booster and cylinder are definitely mismatched.
