Default the adhesive tape used on the body panels of new vehicles upon delievery?

I want to know where i can get such tape used on new vehicles when delivered to dealerships. it's the tape on the outside bodypanels to prevent damage from debris, etc.
I'm going on a long road trip and the bumper is prone to rock chips since it was repainted. I would buy a nose bra but i can't seem to find one for my model.
Does anyone know where i can get this item? thanks

Saran wrap works well but be sure to cut out the areas where air is supposed to go thru.. u don't wanna chocke ur air supply.. also.. careful on the hood cause it does get hot.. just keep an eye on it... you can jus tape it down on the ends when you get to your fenders and sides of bumper.
