Default Rattle noise from underneath the car.

Hey guys.
Jus a few days ago I noticed a rattlin noise from the header back.
I do not know exactly what caused this to rattle but it sounds metal to metal and it's not extremely loud but it can be heard in the cockpit. It also goes away and comes back. Another thing I've noticed was my exhaust is shaking a lot when I view it from the back, I have a DC Sports stainless steel cat back connected to a straight test pipe connected to a JDM CTR header.
I jacked my ride up and started to poke some pipes around but everything is stiff as a boner. But when I kick my exhaust tip I can hear the rattle from somewhere towards the middle/front of the car.

Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone else have the same exhaust system with any problems?
Im guessing it's just the hangers someplace and I can get it welded at any muffler shop, what do you guys think?
Thanks

So it's definitely not your heat shield? That's usually what rattles around down there.

if you have a short shifter, it's your exhaust rattling against the shifter. if you don't have a short shifter, check this anyways.

It may be your catalytic converter cover, it is rattling on our accord right now and it's pretty loud and annoying at times. It's an automatic so it isn't the shifter in my case, maybe in yours too.

Yes, yes I do have a short shifter, but I've had it for a long time and I think it may be the exhaust itself.
I dont have any heat shields or a cat.
When I kick my exhaust I can hear the little rattle, and my exhaust is pretty loose.
Im jus wondering if anyone has the DC Sports stainless steel system with the same problem.

Well at this point, I think you really need to get a good look underneath your car for yourself. So... take it to a shop and have them take it up on their lift. Be there underneath the lift with the tech and see what it is for yourself and take it from there. Those sorts of inspections are usually free.

Even on an oil change, I am always walking around underneath my car and checking everything out (carefully).

Well fortunately for you, it's a simple exterior rattle and it shouldn't be anything mysterious or complicated to fix. Direct observation is the best in this case. I know that I'm not psychic. lol

it may be ur shifter, when u hear the noise grab ur shifter really tight if it stops then it has sumthin to do with the shifter, otherwise, id say ur exhaust bolts r loose, i had a rattle like that, and next thing i new my exhaust was draggin on the floor, id suggest u go down there and try and tighten all the bolts, also maybe ur o2 sensor is loose, that can cause a rattle
