I know the motor and tranny drop right in but as for the computer and wiring im not too sure. If not there is prolly a million kits to do the swap.

Do a search, this question has been asked a zillion times and you'll find a lot more info.
An average motor will cost about 2500 +/- with shipping, labor will be 500-1000 probably if you can't do it yourself. Its not too hard, just requires a good set of basic tools and some time. I just finished my swap + 5 speed conversion and I have hardly any previous experience besides basics like oil, brakes etc.
http://board.hondasociety.com/ has a good accord hybrid forum

I got my engine from http://hmotorsonline.com , I did alot of research and read alot of good things about them. My engine came in pretty good shape, tps sensor was broken but thats pretty comon, just used the one from my old engine. It seems most people on this site buy from hmotors or importautosalvage.com. IAS is more expesive though.
I've never seen a front clip cheaper than just an engine. And the only clips Ive seen are JDM. I guess you could probably find a front clip at a junkyard somewhere but chances are it'll have alot of miles and still be more expensive, I looked at some junkyards near me and I was quoted anywhere from 1500-2500 for just a USDM engine, no accesories. I would stick with a JDM, a swap package should come with almost everything you need.

i got mine from hondamotorsonline.c#m
the owner they first sent me a fucked up motor with coolant in one cylinder, all four cyls had diff comp, and the power steering pump was fucked, but then they sent me a new one. perfect condition, runs great, hauls ***. cost me $2700. deff worth it. get the motor, tranny, p13 ecu, and lude motor mounts... and i dont really remember, but i think thats pretty much it, and i just switched out my thermostat the other day with a lude one. good luck
