I'm having the same problem, and it boils LOUD, I can't hear it with the hood closed. I realized that my fan isn't turning on, so I have to find out why, checked the fuse, but it was fine

the problem could be bad radiator cap, less pressure = lower boil over point.
it could also mean you have a cooling problem. like fan not turning on or a
clogged rad. maybe no or little air flow to the rad.

right
First of all, check to make sure that your fans are working. You can test them by wiring them direct to the battery and just make sure the fans did not burn out.
Secondly you might want to check the relays that turn the fans on. If your A/C is working you can swap the relays out and switch the A/C on so that the other fan is running. If the relays are good. Then check you thermostat, that could be your problem.
If that is still not the problem, your ECT (engine coolant temperature) switch or sensor could have gone bad and so not turning the fan on.
Try those out and see which one is the problem.
Keep us posted and which one of those was the problem.
Good luck!
