I don't like the idea of playing with the actuator, but ifyou notice, there is a lock nut on there. Loosen the lock nut and you can turn the rod to lengthen it decrease boost) or shorten it (increase boost).
Best way to control boost it through a boost controller.

Can i do that the sameway with my tial wastegate? or is it a different way?
