Painted caliper!

debating if I should paint mine or not, if you have pics of painted caliper, post please, to start, I "borrowed" some pics from ITR forum....

on my old crx i painted my calipers a "cast iron" color(similar to gunmetal but more of a brown tint to it) with dupli color high temp paint. turned out good, IMO. sorry no pics though.

problem wiht painting calipers is the paints cracks after a while and you have to recoat later down the track. if you really could be bothered doing that.. I did mine a nice bright Red, but now there cracked, so Im gonna clean them and do then matt black or Silver

Is there anyway to return a non painted caliper to it OEM gold?

Mine has been rusted and stained with road dust.

Maybe some type of striper besides aircraft?
