Default CRX WATER IN HATCH NOT THROUGH TAIL LIGHTS

I have a problem with water getting in the actual hatch, when I lift it is like the Niagra Falls running out of my hatch into the spare tire well. I know that my tail light seals leak but I know this is not the cause of water in the deck lid a little, what is the best way to remedy both of these. Any help on either of these would be appreciated, it is not and SI so no sunroof to cause problem

it seems that if it was in your deck lid than it couldn't come from your lights, cause that would defy gravity. You probably have a bad lid seal or rear window seal. Try letting a hose run on top of your car and then scout it out from the inside, see what you find

Do you have a read windo wiper? Could be getting in from there possibly? I personally havent had this problem but I guess its a possibility?? But I would also chgeck your hatch seal that seems like it could be the problem as well.

i have the same problem. only mine is from the holes where the seatbelt went on the inner fender. the wheel slings water on it and it flows in. oh well the price to be fully gutted.

Default The hose idea is a winner also check

your washer nozzle seal and rubber seals along the hatch. It's a pain in the *** but you may want to investigate under the interior. It will pay off and you might find somthing else that needs attention like rust or mold etc.

Default Da Water Proof List

Here is the Official Wet Honda CRX Seals To Replace List:

Rain gutter seals (most often the case)
Rear washer nozzle seal
Taillight gaskets

Good luck!
