Please tell me what you think of this Compression test
180 160 160 160
The compression is for a 94 Integra LS with 118,000 miles (5 speed)
When I drove the car, its would idle fine for a while at about 700 rpm and then drop to about 500. Then it would go back to 700 and drop again over and over
When I pulled the spark plugs, one of the plug chambers had some (wet not flooded) water sitting in it aparently from when the guy selling washed the engin compartment the other day.
Thats all the info I have on the car. Let me know what you think.

Did you dry out the plug wires? And the compression looks ok for a motor with that much mileage. I think you're allowed a max of 25 psi in variance between each cylinder.
Compression looks fine. Last three probably have a little carbon buildup on the valves. If your plugs were saturated with water, that would be my first guess for your idleing probl.
