I just put a skunk2 chipped p28 in my 99 gsr. Will it be bad for my car in anyway since I still have a stock intake manifold? I heard that you are supposed to use an after market manifold like skunk2 or something because of the secondary butterflies, but i'm not really sure. I don't want to spend money on a skunk2 manifold right now ..but I will if i have to. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

 

You will be losing low and midrange, due to the butterflies being open all the time.
