HID buzz

is the buzz wen u first turn them on normal? i just installed mine and it makes a buzz sound that quiets after a couple seconds as it heats up then theres a continuous but very quiet buzz from then on... is that normal?

The ballast/ignitor on mine buzzes very lowly whenever mine are on.
