motor rebuild complete first start codes 13 and 16
Heres a quick rundown I ordered a jdm GSR motor and tore it apart before I ever put it in. Rebuilt it with jdm ITR pistons and skunk2 stage ones and skunk2 intake manifold. The motor is out of a 97 GSR and is in a 95 civic. Ecu is a OBD1 P28 with hondata S200. After I started it up and checked the codes its throwing codes 13 baro pressure and 16 fuel injector system. Im waiting for a friend to bring over another ecu to try that but does anyone have any other suggestions?

Well I put another ecu in the car and it didnt throw either code and I put my P28 with S200 in his car and it threw both codes 
. Now Im assuming its I didnt install something right on the S200 system.
