ground control spring rates - 2000 civic si, kyb agx
can some of you guys suggest an ideal spring rate for the ground control coilover kit, as i am about order a set directly from them. the kit is going on '00 civic si, and i have the kyb agx shocks. i plan on having my car for a daily driver, but would also like to some moderate stiffness for those windy roads. i've read suggestions that range from 300F/400R to 350F/400R. i know the off the shelve spring rates are 200F/180R, but people have said that that might be a little too soft for most applications. i also want my rear stiffer than the front.
i have searched, and found one thread, but it was for a '95 hb, so i'm assuming that their setup would be different. here is the thread that i read up on before posting...

thanks in advance

350(f)/450(r). that's what I've got and love it. granted it's on an EK hatch which is a little lighter. i'd say 450 is the max for kyb's. actually 375f would probably be a nice setup with 450r if you don't mind a little harshness but being in San Diego I bet the streets are pretty well kept.
