I have nuspeed sport springs on mine.... I cant have mine to low (for header clearance)

eibach pro kits, ride decent and handles great

 

If I had the $$$ - GCs and Konis
because I don't have the $$$ - STs and Tokico Iluminas

 

Eibach Sportlines...1.7 drop front and 1.5 rear...rides pretty good and handles great!

 

on my 89 ef i have intrax 1.8 drop srings with kyb gas struts(rides smooooootth) and on my 90 ef i have GC's with race rate springs. i believe they r a 450 font and 500 rear Blown90Hacth would know the xact rate of these springs, it was his old car, and it is also riding on tokico blue's wich i want to replace with either kyb agx's or koni yellow's

I got a height adjustable KW-set on my EF.
Not a bouncy ride and smooth handling.
Will test it futher more at a racetrack 1 november.

 

GC's on Tokico's... 89 Accord HP's in the front, 5 way Illumina's on the back.

Nuespeed race, and I have a 4-1 header which really don't sit that low to the ground.
