B16B pistons w/ Crane 2 cams ??????
I"m wondering if anyone here is running a higher compression C5 with crane stage 2 cams....i'm trying to tune it myself the best that i can, and i'm wondering if anyone has had any good luck with adjusting their cam gears......thanks
I don't think you'll have too many asnwers in this forum about crane cams.
Most members here are more devote of Toda, Jun, Spoon, and once in a while, Skunk2.
Hours in dyno sessions are a most when tuning, not a matter of luck!

Cam gear tuning will be car to car anyways. Hondas aren't very consistant with gear tuning. As mentioned before, go to the dyno and spend hours tuning, that will be the only sure answer.
If you are concerned about valve/piston clearance, I wouldn't know.

i have ctrs in my gsr block, type r head.
i had the crane 2 in my car.
i yeilded a 178 and 125tq with them.
that is only with a vafc. timing was at 16 degrees,
vtec was at 6k rpm.
i did not have any luck with cam gears,
