Both are good to have, for tuning purposes. I mean unless you have aftermarket injectors you dont need a FPR really, but since you have a cam it can help. I would personally get both. I do have both

Yea, i heard there's no point of running fpr if not upgradeing injectors, is that true?

and which should i get first vafc or fpr? snice $$ is a factor when getting all those above.

I got both at the same time. I say get the vafc if you have to choose one. even with stage1 cams the fpr really isnt necessary imo, although nice to have.

Go for the VAFC, better tuning then the FPR. If you get upgraded injecctors (just like 125% better than stock or so) you have even more flexibility w/o running fuel pressures that could put extra load on the pump (& everything else).

well, i dont think i'm planning to upgrade my injectors in the future, but since fpr and fpg are cheaper, i guess me going to get those first.

can anybody explain how upgrade injectors would be good with fpr?

You need both. I have stock injectors, and my car wouldn't run it's best w/out the adjustable FPR - but the V-AFC does most of the work.

If you are running a stock fuel pump, I would recommend upgrading the fuel pump also... especially if you are running larger injectors and higher fuel pressure.
