Default Guys, what do I need to eliminate raspy exhaust tone??

I got JDM Mugen headers, test pipe, and custom 2.5" pipe all the way to the Apexi muffler. It sounds like a bunch of bees in a coffee can when I accelerate. Would a resonator fix that noise?? Its driving me crazy. Where can I find a resonator that size???

try making a straight pipe out of a resonator, or slap on a resonator somewhere else on your b-pipe...that should simma da bees down...

Yes, a resonator would help, if you're looking for one Dave at SMS Products sells them in 16", 18" and 22" sizes. HTH.

I had the same problem with my Mugen 4-1 header. It's an intrinsic property of the header. I removed all heat shields in an effort to get rid of it.

Switching to the Spoon header got rid of it for me.
