white smoke is coolant-possibly blown head gasket
blue smoke is oil getting into cylinder-to determine if its valves or ring you need to do a blow-by test

my H23 is burning oi slowly as well. my friend who is a mechanic said it is in the block, so instead of fixing it, what i am doing is i am going to resleeve the entire block with forged pistons. that will fix it plus i can run higher boost
