best way to remove seized bolt?

I have the three bolts on my cat stuck on... any good products to eat away at the bolts? or should i use a torch.

Impact gun
if that dosent work
Impact gun + blowtorch
if that dosent work
Dremel to cut them off.

try some penatrating oil "liquid wrench" spray some on the bolts tap it with a hammer
a bit, let it sit, tap again, then remove bolts.

i would just cut the nut off and replace the bolts.

simple, quick, effective, cheap
