best way to remove seized bolt?

Default best way to remove seized bolt?

I have the three bolts on my cat stuck on... any good products to eat away at the bolts? or should i use a torch.

Impact gun + blowtorch

Dremel to cut them off.

try some penatrating oil "liquid wrench" spray some on the bolts tap it with a hammer
a bit, let it sit, tap again, then remove bolts.

i would just cut the nut off and replace the bolts.

simple, quick, effective, cheap

cut it off with a dremel or cutting wheel attachment on a grinder. Get replacement bolts/nuts if you didn't get any with the new cat-back system.
