Default H22A -> 4th Gen Accord

Hi! I'm swapping a JDM H22A from a 4th gen prelude to a 4th gen Accord which is originally a F22A3..

Is there a way to bypass the speedlimiter with some jumpers or soldering something in the ecu? etc.
The ecu is supposed to be P13

I've heard that it could be bypassed with some apex'i v-afc or rev/speed meter or some, but i'd rather go a cheapier way if there is one..

And i'm also unaware of what axels i should be using? I'm gonna use the H22A tranny so, will the old f22a axels do or should i get the prelude ones?

Thanks in advance

the vafc will not get rid of it, the apexi speed meter supposedly does.

the pivot speed meter gets rid of it and is around $110.
