Default Fidanza 11lb vs 8lb?

Is there any difference in the fidanza 8lb and 11lb flywheel besides 3lbs?
Does the 11lb just not rev as fast/drop as fast as the 8lb?
Thanks

The 8lb would be better suited for road course racing, the revs will drop extremely fast, whereas the 11lb is better suited for street and drag racing where a little more inirtia is needed.

where did you find the 11lb flywheel?
all i seem to find are 8lb ones, or they are extremley overpriced.

a lot of people love their 8lb flywheel, and i will probably end up getting that. if you know anyone selling 11lb's for a good price though, link it!

Do you even own a 8lb flywheel? The revs dont drop EXTREMELY fast.

I've got an 11lb JUN. Revs dont drop that fast at all, people with Preludes themselves that ride in my car dont even notice it.

I have an 8lb flywheel, and the rpms dont drop fast. Flywheel is great but the only problem is that it tends to stall sometimes.

You must have a problem with your IAC valve, if your motor is not pulling your idel up, when decelerating. Nothing to do with the flywheel.

Have you ever had problems with your starter grinding? I've heard a few JUN owners complaining about that pn their USDM motors.

PS - any news on the 5th gen shifter?

I have the Fidanza 8lb and the revs drop quick compared to stock anyway. I got it off e-bay for $240 shipped. I was happy with that price.

My bad, I meant the JUN 11lb and the fidanza 8lb. I also forgot about the clutchmasters flywheel(8lb?).
