motor problem with my eg

Default motor problem with my eg

everyonce and awhile when i start my car it starts and then 3 seconds later it sputters out and then wont start again. I have no idea what this could be (distributor?? maybe) tahts my only guess. And what is more wierd is that i can come back an hour or so later and try and start it and it starts fine. I need help

sounds like your main relay

when you see the idle start dropping down, do you press the clutch in all the way or even try and rev it up and will not do anything?

i had a similar problem and changed my relay, took care of everything

i never expect it so i don't try and rev it up but it happens more during the day then at night.

Sounds like your main fuel relay....
