Yeah Ok its been months now and this ******* took my $400.00 and hasnt writeen to me since. He gave me some b.s. about how he was getting back august 5th. Well thats today and I havent heard from him plus h-t member ROLDAN also is telling me he got ripped by this jerkass. Anyone got info on this guy? All I got it:

YES finally paypal comes through. I got back a good chunk of my money through the paypal complaint system, they just take it if they find the seller at fault its good ****. Still got $130 he owes me and im trying to get back so still lookin for info. I also contacted yahoo for his contact info.

Dustin Hand: He sold me an ls-vtec motor that was supposed to be fully built with skunk2 stage 2 cams. I drove 3 hrs to pick up the motor and brought it back home to a motorsports shop and have it opened up to verify what's in there....absolutely stock. He then said that he'll pay me back as soon as he gets back from his vacation in oregon on 8/9/03. It's one day after now...I've been emailing him and no response. I called his numbers and his wife picked up and hung up on me. I've already filed with Paypal, Washington Mutual, and FBI fraud disivion. If he doesn't get back to me within 3 days...I'll surely press charges. I also have all the documents and cell phone recordings of our conversations. Dustin Hand really seems suspicious...but i'm still waiting for him to contact me back

 

No guys you are getting names crossed he sold me all kinds of stuff with "NO" problems.
