98 Integra LS Head with 30k for ONLY $100 in Socal (B18/B20)

I have a 98 Integra LS head for sale. It is actually a JDM B20 head I got off of a B20 I just did a VTEC swap on TODAY. It has about 30k miles on it and has never been driven in the US. It will fit any B18a or B18b non-vtec motor. The head is in great condition and includes the valve train, cams, cam sprockets, valve cover (paint is scratched off in corner, see the picture), and I can even through in some OBD2 injectors and the injector harness. There is NO intake manifold or distributor.
The head is just sitting in my garage and I want to get rid of it ASAP, so first $100 in Socal picks it up. If I can't sell it in 1 week, I'll ship it out.

Is there any difference between the b20 and ls head?
Will it show any gains as opposed to a stock ls head? And will it pass smog in socal, is it street legal? Sry for all the questions im just curious

Yeah, it's the same as the b18 head (except the cams are a LITTLE different).. and it would be smog legal. BUT sorry, I just sold it to user MOS. Thanks anyways.
