A 15" Rota wheel weighs about 12 lbs. & a Rota 17" wheel weighs about 16 lbs. So how much does a 205/50/15 weigh in difference to like a 245/40/17? All that said I'm just courious what the weight difference is between the rims with the tires mounted on them. Trying to deside what wheels to go with.
the weight with tires would depend on the brand of tire...so its kinda hard to fiond an answer to such an open-ended question. If you dont really track the car then i would go with the 17".

The only track my R has ever seen is the drag strip. No place to auto xx around here. But, does the 17 not work as good as the 15 for a street tire on the track? HHMMMMM??????????
