I installed a new axle and moved my front tires to the back and vise-versa and car had lite thump under acceleration, so i installed another new axle, thumping is gone, but now the car likes to pull to the right, however, it only does this only under acceleration. I have no idea about front-end ****, however, i was tuggin' alot the second time on the strut assembly, pulling it up out of the way to get the middle of the axle in line to put it in.
Note: when i tightened the axle nut, the end of the nut was flush with the end of the axle as usual, and as far as I can tell, the axle is in all the way.

It doesn't take much to through an alignment off... you could just need a slight alignment...
It's also possible that your tires are un-evenly worn...
Also it could just be normal torque steer...
Are both axels from the same company? it's possible that one is slightly heavier than the other...

Both axles are Honda remans...
I am thinking i have installed another bad reman w/ a "too tight" cv joint. The car did not do this b4 the installation of the second pass side axle, and also, the car pulls only under acceleration, but goes perf. str8 when letting off OR coasting.
It is not normal torque steer, my car has not torquesteered in years, since the installation of my diff.
Does my conclusion about a too tight cv joint sound viable?

I'm not sure... sounds maybe likely it could be slowin one side down but you figured it'd pull on coasting too then because it should be slowing you down a little...
What kind of dif. do you have... it could be slipping.

No play in the hub; the axle nut was torqued to about 130 lb/ft...I use flush as a basic reference after torquing cuz plenty of times i've had to change axles at the track w/o any means of measuring torque...
I procured a high-quality reman axle and am going to try it...
I run a stock diff with phantom grip- it has lasted me almost 4 years, the longest any diff has lasted me by far; this pulling did not happen b4 the 2nd pass axle was changed, axle clicked for months, change axle on sunday, change into 2nd axle 2 days later THEN it starts to pull...process of elimination leads me to believe its the axle, however, I am just curious if anyone ever changed an axle and then experienced this.

You know this is a decent point that I didn't even consider...
it could be the alignment... but chances are your phantom grip has lost its'.

it was the axle assembly! I installed the Crown brand reman and it is perfect, goes str8 as usual under acceleration, like it did b4 the axle change.
NOTE: i discounted the alignment intially because the car went str8 when i let off or no throttle, only pulled under acceleration, and suspiciously, as soon as i changed the axle from one reman to another.
