Its been a sad week so far. I fvck up my head on the track at English Town. I bend four valves and put a hole in the piston.........when i took of the head i felt like crying....a brand new type r engine down the drain....

 

Were you the guy with the Silver Civic? I was one of the yellow ITR's (2nd place G-stock)

did you crack valve guides?
mishift? you still can salvage the head probably.
did you drop a valve?

 

 

How did you blow the motor?

 

Another shift to 4 but instead down to 2?
