10 second D16?
Theirs a shop in PA called IMPO Performance who made a 10 second D16A6+turbo, it was in a eg that was gutted with like lexan windows and etc. I think it ran 10.9 or 10.7. I wouldn't recommend going their though. And oh yeah its going to cost a considerable amount of money to get it their. I hope its going to be a trailer queen if you build a 10 second D16. It's much easier to go B-series.

you talkin about the red EG?

Bisi doesnt spend alot of money on his set ups believe me. He spends alot and alot of time thinking and contemplating set ups. He is a very intelligent guy who is very picky about what he spends his money on.
Can you do 10s allmotor sohc? no, haha
Like i always say, if you have to ask, you cant do it

Its not that much harder to put a d16 in 10's as it would be to put a b-series. Well, i will probably require less boost on a b18 or b20, but b16 woudl jsut get a slight advantage.
YOu basically just building, sleeving, and whatever else you can do to bulletproof the block, then throw in some feul and spark, and turn the boost up, hop on the dyno and tune it.
Actually there was a guy here in orlando, that took a d16z6 in a crx and turbo'd it, stock internals, and hit 11's, so i would imagine with a built block, you would be able to hit 10's no prob..

Bisi did it w/ a d-series, now he's runnin a F22, I saw him run last weekend at maryland battle of the imports, that car is off the hook, its so tight, EF8 owns you biotches
It was the IMPO Performance drag car it went 10.9 at 124. 440 at the wheels on 26 pounds of boost with a T3/T4 ball bearing turbo. Very impressive for a D16.

This is a link that's been floating around for awhile, I think it'll give you a good idea of just how much work would go into buildiing a 10 second D16A6. He had a best of 11.04 pretty damn close, and the thing made WELL OVER 400 hp to the wheels, and it's a daily driver. Impressive every time.
