Default idle and 2 cylinder problems

Ok here is the problem. I replaced my plugs, rotor, cap, and wires. Now my car is running funny on the 2 cylinder. I am not sure if it is firing because when i take the wire off the plug idle speed does not change but when i do the same procedure to the other cylinders the speed changes. SO does it sound like a compression failure like a headgasket crack?

i would check the wire for spark by putting a spare plug that you know works in it and holding it on a good clean engine ground while you have someone start it up. see if you are getting spark. if you are then pull the plug out of the #2 hole and see if that plug is good if it sparks then you are not getting fuel to that cylinder. then check injector plug. if you are not getting spark at all on that wire change wire and cap mabey put old backl on and check you may have a bad cap or wire etc

do that
maybe u havent make sure tha cable its all that tight into the plug... nology wires are notorious for that .....
maybe u got a bad injector...... if its a Si or HF check the resistance between the 2 inj terminals (shoud be 1.5-3.5 ohms) but if thats the case u would have a code 16....

I got it running but now the red light flashes nine time on the ecu which is a distributor problem, from which i heard. IT was running fine for bout a week then i went to race last night and it started to act up again. U think it is the injectors. By the way i fixed the problem first cause the firing order was reversed on the 3 and 4 cylinder. Yea i felt like an ***.
