Default wheel bearing problem

Can anyone tell me how to replace the front right wheel bearing on a 98 accord ex? I had a look through my Haynes manual and they were (surprise!) vague about it. And would you know how much it would cost to have done at a shop if I have to do it that way? Thanks

If you don't have access to a hydraulic press, you will have to bring it to a shop to do it. It has to be pressed out of the wheel hub and pressed back in to the knuckle.

remove the wheel
unbolt the caliper and hang it from the spring with a coat hanger
remove the rotor
remove the axle nut 36mm
pop the 3 ball joints on the spindle apart
pull the spindle
press the hub out
press the old bearing out
press the new bearing in - be aware that the bearing has an inside and outside
press the hub back in
put everything else back together
