On each of the side vents. I just now found out that the STICKERS that identify whether if the vent is closed or not. peels off.

So I tore em both off.

PS. My Integra isnt like that.

 

my stickers were peeling off too at 1000 miles. i never mentioned it before because i thought it would be just me. anybody else??

 

me too! Started falling off at around oh id say 10k. Might have been cus the cars sat out on the lots for so long under the sun etc. Or its just hondas quality standards are lower. either way a quick trip to the auto store will solve your problems if u arent scared to add a dab of paint here an there.

First thing you *SHOULD* do to an ep3 is remove those ungodly hideous ivtec stickers anyway.

 

Why in the hell did they use stickers for that? Gahd, how cheap is honda getting these days.

i don't think anybody here is complaining, i think there just bring up a topic. i took off my
i-vtec side stickers off and it looks better. the white vent dots oh well what are you going to do?

 

I used white out and dabbed em back on

 

IMO, I think those stock DOHC VTEC stickers on the quarter panel - although have only been on one (or two?) car(s) previous to the EP3 - is getting quite old. I just don't think there's anything special about your car saying it's got i-VTEC and even more, a DOHC. I guess it's just Hondas way of keeping their variable valve timing systems popular.

 

i hope you guys arent talking about the protective sticker cover. those thigns are
supposed to come off or removed.

so far in this thread we now have 2 stickers we're talking about.

1st one.... the white dots were your vents are.

2nd one .... the side i-vtec stickers on the side's of ep3's

 

Could someone take some pictures of these white dots by your vents, I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Someone throw me a freaking clue.

bah.. I detail for an Acura dealership.. even the vent indicators on a 35k TL-S are stickers.
