Default Power Loss

Hey guys, my baby Accord is busting again. It's a fourth gen and I am having power loss as I accelerate. The symptoms are exactly like having the timing be off EXCEPT that its not consistent; sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn't. One thing that I do know is wrong with the car is that my o2 sensor is off, because the check engine light gave me code 43. I have been consulting the Haynes manual but was wondering what you guys think.
Hope someone out there knows what I am talking about!
Thanks

I seem to have the same prob as Voom. Around 2-5 rpm i have a loss of power.

My vtec seems to kick in & out sometimes. My power loss is not all the time. I have had my car for over a yr now, the prob just started.

Also, sometimes when i come to a stop (such as stopping at a stop sign or signal) my rpm drops to 0 then my car dies. This usually happens when i first start my car up, then after awhile it stops. However if i park somewhere then come back to drive my car a few hrs later, the prob cont's.

I thought maybe it was my rotor, so i bought a new one. It seems to be better, but i havent driven my car enough to see if the prob went away
