Default f23a drinking oil

I have a 2002 ex-l coupe accord, and the engine is an f23a1, it has 35 000km and the way I'm driving it we may say that it's more 70 000km

anyway, I think I have a probleme with my car, first, on idle it's doing some strange noise, like an old engine. the last oil change has been done about 1month ago(1000-2000km max), and their was oil over the max line, so it was ok, but yesterday I checked it again and no more oil, the gauge didn't even touch the oil, it's not the first time I realize that it drink oil, but at first I tought it was normal, but i don't think it's normal that my engine drink that much oil.

I know two guys over here that needed to change their f23a with the same cause. do you think that mine will need to be changed too?? it's on warranty of course, but damn i'm disapointed by this engine
