Default 99 si = loss of power in low rpm's

aight, heres whats happening.

when i first start my car and its not warmed up, the car runs fine, no problems at all.

once the car is warmed up and the needle is inbetween the H and the C, when i go from a stoplight, stop sign, or whatever, at about 2-4k rpm's my car will have power, lose power, gain it, then lose it again, like its jolty....feels like when i hit the gas im towing a boat, then the boat falls off the back of my car, then re-attachs itself....i really dont know what it could be.

i've changed the spark plugs, it seemed to help it for about a day or so. i changed the distributor cap, not the whole distributor. i changed the spark plug wires.

i guess it could be my injectors, or distributor? could it be my timing?

any help would be much appreciated, remember it doesnt happen until my car is warmed up, when i just start it, it drives perfect, no loss of power.

thanks in advanced.
