here's the swap details: 98 b18b into a 97 EK... used a 96-98 automatic EX harness. did the swap and the motor starts up and idles FINE, but the car will not go above 2 grand RPMs... i used a code reader to pull the following codes.

P0118 - engine coolant temp high input
0122 - TPS low input
0113 - IACV
1298 - ECD circuit high voltage
1337 - RPM no signal

anybody have any ideas?

 

TPS is causing the ecu to run in limp mode thats your rev limit problem.

double check all the connections then reset the ecu (pull ecu fuse for 10 minuets) see if any of them go away.

sometimes OBDII just needs a good kick in the *** to work correctly.
