Default Smoke filled exaust

I've noticed that every time the car is sfifting gears or being pushed, it blows excessive some out the tail pipe. It smells like oil but, but I;ts not blue. What could it be. The motor is a ls/vtec with Itr pistons, Total set rings, gude cams, mild P and P, Itr valve train.

If the smoke is white check your coolant level if its low its probably a blown head gasket.

I just had that problem.

no.. burnt oil burns blue.

it looks white... but if you look at it closely... or look at it while the smoke blows towards the front of the car... its really blue.

black is usually fuel.

How has your car been tuned? Is it running really rich?

Try doing a WOT run and shutting the car down immediately. Don't coast, let the rpms drop, etc... Just kill it and pull over.

Take out the spark plugs and see if they are covered in carbon.
