You need to extract that out with an stud extractor from hardware or parts store.
Then you can just buy a replacement bolt and cut off the head to make it a stud. No need to have one shipped from the other side of the country. The size on that is probably a standard metric like M6 x 1.00

its a stud/bolt, it broke on the high end of the threads, i can still get it out with a 12mm wratchet or wrench.
no biggie i just need a replacement,

Well if you would have done the job right in the first place ie. Use a TQ wrench you would not have had this problem. These guys are just trying to give you some quick fix ideas.
