Default OT: J-Speed All-motor CRX

The latest all-motor creation by Jamie Dunn(Natureboy) of J-Speed was unveiled at Rockingham dragway this past weekend. Jamie has yet to reveal the actual power plant that will be utilized, but a few of the parts are known. The car should be completed and ready to compete at the Battle of the Imports next month in VA. Stay tuned!

The Gold Nugget! A SMSP header will be run on the car. Dave was on hand with several applications, including a B16, 18g GSR, and 16g GSR version.

A look inside!

The control center!

Driver's rear.

The engine bay.

those are the damn Racing Hart CP-R's that I want sooooo bad.

That crossmember looks to be the Chassis eng. kit made by Moroso.

It could be an unpainted Z-10 kit But I believe theres is a slightly differant design.

Chris, I owe you one for the photos. Watch out for JSPEED later in the season, we will debut the car September 8-9 at Battle in VA. We are hoping for some record setting times in PRO STOCK (all motor), but for now I would just be happy driving an 18.0 second pass down the track, just to get some seat time, it sucks to watch. My buddy Jake and I have tried not to cut any corners on this car, and we hope it shows. Everything was done by us in my garage, except for the rollcage. I traded some old accord parts for the CRX, that's how bad of shape it was in. It has come a long way. See you on the track soon.

FYI
Tbone, the crossmember is from MB.

Slowerthanu, I've had my CPR's for 4 years, I also have 5 MINT condition 16 inch old school w/ the polished lip CPR's if you are interested.

Special thanks, JSPEED, Bfast Products, Import Auto Salvage, & SMS

IF anyone out there is reading this, we are looking for sponsors to help us race, we will travel ANYWHERE.

thanks...

Jamie you suck my brothers 92 Sentra SE-R will out run that heap of gold and white wanna be race car. Naw just joking the car is looking good Jamie and remember I got first dibs on those CP-R's. Hey if you need any tuning help on those Lectrons I might not be able to help but I deffinetly know someone who can tune those things up. Good luck with finding a sponsor.
