Default Throwing code 16 after MPFI swap..need help ASAP

Just done the DPFI to MPFI swap...car started right up but had a rough idle. Then I turn it off and restart it,and it dies and gives me a code 16 (fuel injector)and refuses to start back up..All wires are soldered, heat shrinked, and taped.Do you have to combine the 2 yellow/black wires from the primary and secondary injectors off the old DPFI and run them to your resistor box?I have one fat yellow/ black wire near the connector on the drivers shock tower tied into my yellow wire for the resistor box. Please help...I dont want to walk to work!

both wires ylw/blk from the dpfi harness need to be put together as one, then connect that to the resis. box

Thanks for the help!I wired the two yellow/black wires from the old dual point injectors to the resistor box and it fired right up.
