Default rear hub/earing assembly issue

Ok I have a really bad noise coming from the right rear wheel. At first I thought it was my wheels, so I switched to a whole different spare set of rims and tires.
So a cert. Honda techncican verified the noise was more than likely the rear bearing.
Bad news is you can't just replace the bearings. you have to replace the whole rear hub assembly.
Now of course I have found the hub assembly online for alot of cheaper than at the dealership.
I have two questions to pose to the teckies out there.
1.) Should I replace both rear hub/bearing assemblies at the same time?
2.) I noticed a wheel seal listed in the same area that I found the hub assembly. Do I need this rear wheel seal?
If anyone has experience/opinions on this issue, please post your input.

thanks in advance,
Elmerfudd
