You may have better luck on the Integra board. There is a Type R club in NYC, but, we are very selective....must have a Type R or owned one previously or been invited into the "club" by a member. We are very worried with theft, bonehead drivers, theft, theft and theft.

R-speed started with ITR only but this is not the case anymore. We will all move on to some other car someday, what will keep our club in tact is our undying craving for motorsports. Be it Honda or whatever the future car we drive.

Nah Dave, what I meant is 10 years, 20 years down the road, our car might be track-only till then. But let's face it, if it's a ITR only club, it won't last more than 5 more years down the road, ain't no "family" that short

Almost all you guys are newbies anyways.. Me and Dave are the only origional ones posting here but, that's besides the point.
I don't plan on getting rid of my R ever if I can help it, just adding to the stable.
I think a Factory 5 will be a good next bet, fullfilling my "build my own and race it" FR, roofless, torquefull wishes... Miatas are fun but, Factory 5's blow them away...
