Default Air temp sensor on a B18c motor swap?

I swapped a b18c motor in my 99 civic ex. However the air temp sensor was in a hole in the air actual intake tube. On the GSR its on the back of the intake manifold. How do I hook this up? Please help!

Just cut the plug off the GSR wire harness, and wire it into the Ex harness in place of the Ex's plug.

Should wire up color for color.
