If you want the most power and lowest 1/4 times , go turbo. Do this if you are mechanically inclined, if you want a shop to bolt a turbo on and you are the type of person that pays to have his oil changed, dont go turbo.
If you want decent power, more reliability, and low 14s and an occasional high 13sec 1/4, go supercharger. Superchargers are not as high maintanance as turbo's are.
You can run both on stock internals, just dont boost over 8psi on a turbo though. I also recommend having your motor dyno tuned if you go with either application.
Use the search button, you'll find TONS and TONS of information on both topics.

Thanks gudeh23a and imported204 the info you guys provided is really helpfull. Im gonna look into getting a superchager and run low boost, if i got a supercharger kit would i be set or would i need to buy some more stuff? and what is the jrsc site???
You can just buy the kit and it should come with everything you need... Your defiantly going to want a shop to put that in for you though! Oh yeah, when you get new rims you should give me your stock ones! On a side note. The JRSC will bolt up to your stock manifold, but you should get an aftermarket intake (AEM CAI
) and probably a header and exhuast combo too! Otherwise those 13s might be a stretch. Good luck, tell us how it goes.

the advantage also to superchargers is the fact that they provide more of a balanced power increase throughout the drive to the redline. that and there are no worries about boost adjustment or turning up your boost too much. they come with pulleys set for one rating of boost and its much less of a hassle than a turbo. (not knocking turbo..but it's much more practical for daily driven applications)

For $3K I'd go NA and have a blast. The JRSCs put down about 220 whp on stock boost.
