Default WTF! Boostin lean!

setup= B16A, Greddy18G, Gsr fuelpump, "blue box" Rc310 injectors, 4lbs boost, stock timing/cam gears, got it dynoed today and its making way less then my stock b16 motor and running lean as ****..

dynoed at 139max and 109trq wtf! way less then stock, I'm really running lean and he suggested 255fuel pump, now correct me if i'm wrong but the 99-00 si kit does not come with a fuel pump, if im using that kit why the heck am i running so lean at only 4psi? i heard that the blue box suppose to make it run rich and not lean. Now wouldn't the numbers be higher even if i running lean?

I think 139/109 is basically stock. Actually, you probably have a little more torque than stock :-X lol I don't know what's wrong though. Screw the blue box go AFC Hack if you're cheap or hondata if you got the bling.

blue box wired up properly? did you check all connections and did you crimp them or solder them?

check the connections ... maybe a dead injector...
vacuum lines etc. double check everything before you start replacing stuff.
there is something seriously wrong if u are lean at 4psi.

the wiring has been soldered, and the injectors are brand new, i got the diagram for the bluebox from a hondatech member but for a P28ECU but im sure its same pins as the P30ECU, if it's different someone let me knoe, weird thing is the air/fuel gauge does not show me running lean why boosting still rich side, when i got it dynoed today it showed me way lean when boost kicks in at about 3500 and can hear detonation. Could this be caused by my blue box not functioning properly? anyone else have diagrams on this blue box so i can compare and double check .

2nd option is i want to get rid of the blue box if this doesnt get solved, i knoe i need an FMU and a VAFC is that all i need to replace the blue box with?

Ive got the blue box on my D16 and it works great Id say you have some problem with your install.

A/F meter says youre rich and dyno says your lean? To me that means a bad O2 sensor. Sounds like your O2 sensor is stuck on rich and keeps trying to lean out your mixture.

Then again if that is true then why dont you have a CEL and at WOT throttle the O2 sensor shouldnt matter.

Just some thoughts.

If it is my 02 wouldn't i get a cel? I just ordered a 255waldro pump should be here in a couple of days, but i'm still clueless as to why am i running way too lean, i checked all the wiring and the only one i can see different to ecu wire color is my map, hybridegarage says map signal is white, but its a pink/white on the car to the ecu is this correct?

is the 98 02sensor and 95 02 sensor compatible?
