Ngk's and turbo.
ill save you the trouble.. i spent 2 day reading every post about NGK's and turbo applications. Ive come to the conclusion that the most widely used plugs for FI on a Honda are the BKR7E-11 then gap it down to about .30mm
its cheap to change them everytime so do it. the gap is something to work on though. most people have theirs set at .030 and i had the WORST TIME with my gap like that so i gapped them to .040 and the beast runs awesome. I dont know why though
ive heard this also but to me it sounds insane... esp when you have to order these plugs...
Ill be checking mine every oil change but im hoping i dont have to change plugs every 3000 miles. most people even change oil earlier than that with FI vehicles also. Prepare to spend cheese... 30 bucks for a case of oil and another 7-8 bucks for plugs every 2500-3000 miles.

All we run are BKR7E-11's... On the our FI cars 0.024-0.028" gap... Any wider and you'll probably start blowing the flame out even with an aftermarket ignition system... We've blown the flame out with Pro Power HVC coils and ~0.034"+... Just my $0.02, Latez
