JDM H22 Distributor - Cap Replacement

I beleive I was told my JDM H22 Distributor is different than USDM. If this is the case, which cap do I buy for replacement?

If it's US and has the external coil, then get the US Prelude cap for it.
If it's JDM with an internal coil, then get the 92-95 Civic cap for it, as it's the same and fits perfectly.
